We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but we understand an item may not live up to your expectations. Please take a look at our return and exchange policy:

In-Store Shopping:

We gladly accept unworn, unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment.  We offer store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that you can use in-store or online. 

Final Sale items are not eligible for refund.

In-Store Pickups:

We gladly accept unworn, unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment.  We offer store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that you can use in-store or online.

Shipped Purchases

We gladly accept unworn, unused and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery arrival for a refund to your original form of payment.  We offer store credit within 14 days of delivery arrival. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that you can use in-store or online. Please inspect your delivery and report any damages or defects within 3 days of the delivery date. Please contact us if you are shipping a return to us.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note the following items are NOT eligible for return:

-Final Sale Items

-Scratch & Dent Items

-Items that have been worn, washed, assembled or unpackaged

-Items without their original attached tag

-Items missing original packaging

-Swimwear and underwear for sanitary reasons.

-Holiday-themed clothing or gifts after the holiday has passed.
