Shipping

We offer free shipping for purchases of $150 pre-tax, otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $8.

If you’d like your purchase gift wrapped and shipped, please add ‘gift wrap for shipped items’ to your cart. This ensures your items will be personally gift wrapped in our signature packaging and then shipped in a bigger box to your destination. You may also purchase a card and enclose a message that we will hand write for you.

We are delighted to ship your order to all US zip codes including Alaska and Hawaii.  Most items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 3 business days to process.  We use USPS first class shipping.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package leaves our storefront.  All deliveries have tracking.

Please note some items are too large or heavy to ship, so we note those exceptions in the product description.

Returns/Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but we understand an item may not live up to your expectations. Please take a look at our return and exchange policy:

In-Store Shopping:

We gladly accept unworn, unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment.  We offer store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that you can use in-store or online. 

Final Sale items are not eligible for refund.

Online Shopping

We gladly accept unworn, unused and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery arrival for a refund to your original form of payment.  We offer store credit within 14 days of delivery arrival. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that you can use in-store or online.  Please contact us if you are shipping a return to us.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note the following items are NOT eligible for return:

-Final Sale Items

-Scratch & Dent Items

-Items that have been worn, washed, assembled or unpackaged

-Items without their original attached tag

-Items missing original packaging

-Swimwear and underwear for sanitary reasons.

-Holiday-themed clothing or gifts after the holiday has passed.
