Shipping and Returns
Thank you for choosing to shop with Pitter Patter! We can ship your purchase to any address in the contiguous United States. Please note there are some restrictions on some products. Most items are shipped ground via our USPS provider and should take 5-7 business days to reach you.
We offer a $7 flat rate shipping fee for purchases under $125, though especially large items do not qualify for this rate and are handled separately. Free shipping is offered for purchases over $125.
**PLEASE NOTE THE CUTOFF FOR HOLIDAY SHIPPING IS DECEMBER 12TH. After this date, we cannot expect deliveries to arrive by Christmas due to the shipping delays caused by the global pandemic.
We always hope you are excited about your purchase. We do understand an item may not live up to your expectations. We gladly accept unworn, unused and originally packaged items for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All returns require a receipt.
All discounted, sale, special orders and personalized items are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note store credit is issued in the form of a gift card which may be used for future purchases and does not expire.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged item and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and our returns department will help you.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. The exception to this is if the item is defective due to manufacturer error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
