Currently hiring: Inventory Manager and Sales Associate

Inventory Manager Position:

Do you love fashion, children, and teamwork? We’re a small, fast-paced boutique looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to keep our store running smoothly and support our amazing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive new merchandise + update images & descriptions online

• Prep merchandise for display (steaming, labeling, tagging)

• Ship online orders + handle returns & exchanges

• Answer customer emails with care and efficiency

• Manage shipping & paper supplies for the store

• Keep inventory accurate (adjustments for damages, shrinkage, short shipments)

• Create purchase orders for new merchandise

• Communicate with vendors about damages, late deliveries, etc.

• Track shipping costs for incoming merchandise

• Participate in markdowns, sales, and bi-annual inventory counts

• Maintain an organized backroom

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail or inventory experience (preferred)

• Shopify knowledge (bonus points!)

• Strong attention to detail + organizational skills

• Team player who thrives in a busy environment

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and climb ladders

Sales Associate Position:

Pitter Patter is a friendly, fast-paced boutique known for its curated fashion and thoughtful gifts. We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a busy environment, and has an eye for detail.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, attentive customer service

• Assist customers with fashion styling and gift selections

• Operate an iPad-based POS system

• Maintain store presentation and assist with merchandising

• Learn and adapt to new systems and processes

• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth shopping experience

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

• Excited about working in a busy boutique environment

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills

• Comfortable with iPad/technology for sales transactions

• Interest in fashion and gift buying is a plus

• Availability Wednesday & Thursday afternoons, plus 1 Saturday/month
